Terms of Use

The basic rules for using the Finished Paradise website, accounts, downloads and creator tools.

Effective August 3, 2026
01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply when you visit this website, create an account, purchase or download an item, or use a Finished Paradise tool. By doing so, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

02

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

Accounts and memberships are for one person unless a separate team license says otherwise. Do not share access, bypass usage limits, scrape the catalog, or use automation that disrupts the service.

03

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Taxes, network charges, payment-provider fees and currency-conversion costs may be added where applicable. A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms it.

Recurring memberships continue for the period shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Benefits and catalog availability may change; changes do not remove rights already granted for items properly claimed under an active membership.

04

Digital items and tools

Digital items are licensed, not sold. Your permitted uses are described in the Commercial License. Creator tools may have additional instructions displayed with the product.

File formats, technical characteristics and compatibility are described on each listing. You are responsible for confirming that an item meets your needs before purchase. We may replace or correct a file when needed, but we do not promise compatibility with every device, application, engine or future software version.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, test systems without permission, defeat access controls, or submit content you do not have the right to use. Do not falsely imply that Finished Paradise endorses you or your project.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, creators, the service or legal rights. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

06

User submissions

You retain ownership of files you submit. You grant Finished Paradise a limited permission to store, process, convert, display and deliver those files only as needed to provide the service and follow the visibility settings you select.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every submission. Private files are not offered for sale unless you separately approve publication.

07

Service availability and liability

The service and digital items are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Finished Paradise disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to digital creative assets. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent allowed by law, Finished Paradise is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

08

Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern that transaction unless law requires otherwise.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so both sides can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute will be handled under the laws and in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
